Secure Ordering

Shopping at MividaZul is safe, secure and private.
We make every effort to protect your online order information by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology. SSL encrypts your order information to avoid the decoding of that information by anyone other than MividaZul. MividaZul is committed to protect the personally identifiable information that you share with us.  Our combination of security technologies, procedures and organizational measure help protect your information from unauthorized access, use or disclosure.  For example, information collected from you is stored on servers with limited access.  In addition, any sensitive personal information transferred over the internet, such as credit card information, is protected using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption technology.

  Credit Card Protection

MividaZul will only ship merchandise to the address authorized by the credit card issuing bank.  In the unlikely event that unauthorized use of your credit card is made while you shop at MividaZul, your credit card company limits your liability to $50. MividaZul promises to cover this $50 charge and to help you resolve the problem with your credit card company.

If your personal information at MividaZul has changed, you can change it yourself after you log into your account.

  The MividaZul Policy on Conflict Diamonds

At MividaZul, we only purchase diamonds through the largest and most respected suppliers who, like us, proudly adhere to and enforce the standards established by the Kimberley Process, an international system that polices the trade of diamonds to ensure they are from sources free of conflict. As per our policy on conflict diamonds and the steps we take to ensure our diamonds are from conflict free sources.

MividaZul, along with the global diamond industry, has a zero-tolerance policy toward conflict diamonds. Through measures such as the Kimberley Process, which tracks diamonds from mine to market, the industry in partnership with the United Nations, governments, and non-governmental organizations, polices diamond exports to prevent the trade of illegal diamonds.

All MividaZul diamonds are guaranteed to be conflict free. If one of our suppliers was ever found to be in violation of that process, we would immediately sever that relationship. We will continue to support and promote any process that works to uphold legitimacy in the diamond trade.

  About The Kimberley Process

MividaZul supports the Kimberley process, which is an International process to track and certify diamonds. In April 2003, US (United State Of America) congress passed a law adopting the Kimberley Process that requires all US diamond retailers to buy diamonds from manufacturers who have documentation guaranteeing that the merchandise was obtained through legitimate channels. Today, the US Customs Service actively enforces the Kimberley Process requirements as diamonds enter American ports.
