Orders are processed on a first-in, first-out basis. Items are shipped same business day of Payment confirmation (Order by 3 PM EST (GMT -05:00) for same-day processing). Orders which require diamond setting, resizing or custom design require additional time, which is typically 3-5 business days from date of Payment confirmation.
All items are shipped with insurance worldwide by U.S. Postal Service or FedEx.
International Shipping costs
for USPS International Priority for orders less then $200 is $12.
Orders over $201 are shipped by USPS International
Express which costs $23. If you wish to
upgrade an order less than $200, to USPS International Express mail,
there is non-refundable cost of $23. (See example below) Any International Shipment Cost or Additional upgraded shipping service and Insurance costs will be paid by customer and is non-refundable.
All international shipments require a direct signature confirmation upon
delivery. (Only the person whose name is
on the order may sign.)
When your shipment is picked up by the carrier, we will send the tracking number
to your MividaZul registered email address.
Buyer is responsible for all duties, tax, customs, or necessary paper work/charges.
International shipments may be delayed due uncontrollable circumstances such as customs inspections.
Please note:
We ship worldwide. Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, an APO, FPO or P.O. box address via USPS only.
Please make sure your phone number is included with the Shipping address in your
MividaZul and PayPal accounts. This is required by the shipping carrier.
Merchandise will only be shipped to the billing address on file with your credit card company or to the PayPal confirmed address. If the shipment is to be made to any other address than billing address, please call your Credit Card issuing bank or PayPal and confirm with them your alternate shipping
address to avoid canceled delivery of your purchase.
